We’re so grateful when our projects get picked up in the press, and when the wonderful people at HGTV ask to feature our work, we are always blown away. To us, a happy client means a job well done, but when HGTV takes note, well, that just means we shot it out of the park (that’s the correct sport metaphor, right?).
As the end of 2018 approaches, the DWK team will reminisce about the year and start to goal plan for the New Year. To get in the mood, we thought we’d look back at some of our most memorable features in HGTV, with the intention of attracting more of them in 2019. Come on, universe! Work your magic!
We’ve highlighted our HGTV features so that you can skim them and get back to your holiday prep and goal planning.
In Katie’s previous home, she combined her chic, modern aesthetic with her husband’s penchant for bold hues. The result was an airy 3,000-square-foot oasis with meticulous pops of colour that would satisfy tastes on either end of the design spectrum.
What do you do with a large living room to make it warm and cozy? Jenn has all the answers. But here’s a hint: texture, complementary colour tones, and savvy furniture placement.
Eek! This HGTV feature still gets our hearts a-pumping! How crazy to be included alongside two of our biggest designer crushes: Joanna Gaines and Jacquelyn Clark.
We were tasked with creating an environment that would reflect the success of a well-travelled young professional. The resulting living area has style and flair that is every bit as unique as the custom suits worn by its owner.
Although we can’t take credit for the design of the ensuite, we were happy to see a little peek of the master bedroom we styled in this HGTV gallery on bathroom tiles.
Thanks for taking this trip down memory lane with us. We love hearing your feedback on our projects and how you would do things differently. So, if you have a moment and are feeling extra loving today, leave us a note in the Comments!
